Terms and conditions

1. Who are we?

These terms and conditions apply to all services of jewebsiteonline.be (“we”, “us”): the free website preview and the delivery of 1- and 3-page websites for small and medium-sized businesses in Belgium and the Netherlands.

2. Free preview

You can request a free website preview through the briefing form. The preview comes with no obligation: you are not committed to anything until you confirm and pay for a package.

We aim to deliver the preview within 48 hours of receiving a complete briefing. That timeframe is indicative and may be longer in the event of incomplete information, high demand or force majeure.

The preview remains the property of jewebsiteonline.be until an agreement for a paid package is in place. You may not reuse or pass on the preview commercially without our permission.

3. Packages and prices

Once you approve the preview, you can choose a 1-page or a 3-page website package. Current prices are listed on our website. All amounts are exclusive or inclusive of VAT as stated alongside the price.

An agreement is concluded when you confirm the package and payment (or the agreed deposit) has been received, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Your cooperation

A strong preview and delivery depends on you: accurate company details, copy, a logo, photos and prompt feedback. If information is missing or incorrect, this may affect both the schedule and the result.

You warrant that you hold the rights to all materials you supply (copy, logos, images) and that these do not infringe the rights of third parties.

5. Delivery and revisions

After payment we deliver the website in line with the package you chose. Minor text or image corrections within the scope of the package are included as agreed at the time of ordering. Additional pages, functionality or major redesigns fall outside the standard package and are discussed in advance.

6. Domain, hosting and maintenance

Unless agreed otherwise, we arrange hosting and publication as described in the package. Domain name registration may be handled separately (by you or by us). Third-party costs (domain, email, additional services) are payable by you unless stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual property

After full payment you receive a right of use to the delivered website for your business. Our design process, templates and undelivered concepts remain the property of jewebsiteonline.be, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Liability

We deliver our service with care. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant package, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of revenue or issues caused by third parties (hosting, domain, email).

9. Privacy

How we process personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

10. Changes and applicable law

We may amend these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. New orders are governed by the version published online at that moment.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgium, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
