jewebsiteonline.be (“we”, “us”) provides professional 1- and 3-page websites for small and medium-sized businesses in Belgium and the Netherlands.

2. What data do we collect?
Through the briefing form on our contact page we may receive the following data:
- Company name
- Sector
- Main goal of the website
- Information about your logo or brand identity and any files you upload
- Email address and phone number
3. Purposes and legal basis
In addition, technical data (such as IP address, browser type and timestamp) may appear briefly in server logs via our hosting provider.
- Preview & quotes: processing your request and creating a website preview (performance of pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest).
- Communication: contacting you about your request (contract / legitimate interest).
- Website operation: secure hosting and essential cookies (legitimate interest / necessary for the service).
4. No Google tracking
We currently use no Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or Google Search Console tracking scripts on this website. No marketing or advertising cookies are placed for analytics via Google.
5. Processors & technology
To keep this site and the contact form running, we use the following services (processors):
- Vercel Inc. — hosting, content delivery (CDN) and server functions. More information: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- Resend — sending emails containing your briefing details to info@jewebsiteonline.be. More information: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Data may be processed outside the EEA (including the United States). Where necessary, this takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) provided by the relevant supplier.
6. Retention periods
We keep contact and briefing data for as long as we need it to handle your request, and for a reasonable period afterwards (generally no longer than 24 months), unless a longer retention period is required by law or you become a customer (in which case our accounting obligations apply).
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have, among others, the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Belgium) or the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Netherlands).
